To be eligible for the IPPB Executive post, candidates must fulfill the following criteria:

Age Limit 

Candidates should be between 21 to 35 years old to apply for the IPPB Executive post.

Educational Qualification 

Candidates should be Graduated in any discipline to apply for the IPPB Executive post. 

Note: The candidate with prior experience in sales/operations of financial products would be preferred

To apply for the IPPB Executive Recruitment 2023, follow these steps:

1. Visit the Official Website of IPPB.

2. Look for the "Careers" or "Recruitment" section on the homepage of the IPPB website. Click on it to proceed to the career opportunities page.

3. Once you are on the career opportunities page, search for the link or tab that says "Apply Online" under the recruitment notice for 132 Executives on a contractual basis. 

4. On the application page, you will likely find a registration or signup form. Provide the necessary details, such as your name, email address, contact number, and create a password to register for the application process.

5. After successful registration, you will be directed to the application form. Fill in all the required information accurately, such as personal details, educational qualifications, work experience (if any), etc. Make sure to double-check the details before proceeding.

6. As part of the application process, you may need to pay the application fee based on your category (SC/ST/PWD or General). 

7. Once you have completed the application form and made the payment, review all the information you provided. Then, click on the "Submit" or "Finalize Application" button to complete the application process.

8. After successfully submitting the application. Download a copy of the completed application form and take a printout for your future reference.

a) The selection process for the IPPB Executive Recruitment 2023 will be based on the performance of candidates in various stages, which may include an Online Test, Group Discussion, and Personal Interview. It is important to note that meeting the eligibility criteria does not automatically guarantee an invitation to the Interview/Group Discussion or Online Test.

b) IPPB holds the right to conduct a preliminary screening or shortlisting of candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and overall profile in relation to the job requirements. Only a limited number of candidates who meet the criteria will be called for the Assessment, Interview, Group Discussion, or Online Test.

c) Results of candidates who have successfully qualified for different stages of the recruitment process will be made available on the official website. Additionally, the final list of candidates selected for the Executive post will also be published on the website.

As part of the IPPB Executive Recruitment 2023, selected candidates for the Executive post will receive a monthly lump sum amount of ₹30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand only). This salary includes all statutory deductions applicable.
